What data we process
The data you give us when you write through the contact form or by email: name, company, email address, phone number if you provide it, and the content of your message. We do not collect data by any other means: this site uses no cookies or tracking tools.
To protect us from automated mail, the form includes a check that is solved in your browser and verified on our server, without sending data to third parties.
Purpose and legal basis
To handle your enquiry and, where appropriate, prepare a service proposal. The legal basis is your consent when submitting the form and, where the enquiry requires it, the pre-contractual steps taken at your request (article 6(1)(a) and (b) of Regulation (EU) 2016/679). We do not use your data to send you advertising or for purposes other than those stated.
Who has access to the data
The Tecmatic 96, S.L. team that manages client relationships. The following processors are involved: Postmark (ActiveCampaign, LLC, United States), which delivers the form email under the EU-US Data Privacy Framework and standard contractual clauses, and DigitalOcean, LLC, which hosts the website in data centres in the European Union. We do not disclose data to other third parties unless required by law.
How long we keep it
For as long as we handle your enquiry and, at most, one year after the last contact. If a contractual relationship begins, the data is kept for its duration and the applicable statutory periods.
Your rights
You can access your data, correct it, erase it, object to its processing, ask for it to be restricted or ported, and withdraw your consent at any time by writing to hola@vailet.es. If you believe we have not handled your request properly, you can lodge a complaint with the Spanish Data Protection Agency (www.aepd.es).
Cookies and local storage
This site sets no cookies. It only stores your language preference in your browser’s local storage, if you choose one in the selector, so as not to ask again. It is a technical setting that never leaves your device.
Security and changes
We apply technical and organisational measures to protect the data: encrypted communications, restricted access and providers with guarantees. This policy may be updated; the date of the current version appears at the top of the page.
